President and Founder
Roman has over 15 years of experience in financial services. In 2006, he founded Franklin Financial Planning Inc. to provide holistic wealth management services to affluent individuals, as a fiduciary, on a fee-only basis. During his academic career Roman completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Barry University, and a Masters Degree with concentrations in Finance and Management from Stetson University. Roman holds the Registered Financial Advisor (RFA) designation granted from the National Association of Financial Advisors (NAPFA) and the Registered Financial Consultant (RFC) designation granted by IARFC. He is regularly quoted in numerous financial publications sharing his thoughts on a wide array of issues.
Director of Wealth Management
Frank Riggio has an extensive background in financial services that resulted in his developing an expertise for creating strategic solutions for the firm’s clients from the most complex to the most basic. He began his career in public accounting where he gained valuable knowledge about taxation. He later moved into corporate finance where he formulated creative solutions for companies to meet their capital needs for growth. From there he developed a corporate executive services group that focused on building optimal methods for business owners and key executives concerning stock options, restricted stock and deferred compensation. As result, this experience makes him uniquely qualified to advise his clients.
Frank is a graduate of what are now the Tobin College of St John’s University, and a past president of its alumni association. He serves on the board of SNAP of New York, and the Elisha Kent Kane historical society as treasurer. He has presented on a number of topics including executive benefits, building investment portfolios, and other advanced planning topics.
Vice President of Marketing
Alyssia's career began in 2009 when she enlisted in the U.S. Army. She excelled as a 14-Tango working as a Launcher on Patriot Missile Defense Systems. In 2012 she decided not to renew her contract with the Army and honorably discharged as a Sergeant. In 2014, Alyssia began her career in financial services working with a national property and casualty insurance company before landing at Franklin Financial Planning Inc. as the Vice President of Marketing.
